Friends and family may be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Phillips Memorial Home, 64 Andrews St. Massena, NY. Internment will be in Calvary Cemetery.At the family's request memorials may be made to Trinity Catholic Endowment Fund. Mrs Scully passed away Tuesday morning December 15, 2009 surroinded by her family at the St. Regis Nursing Home. Mrs Scully is survived by a son Jeremiah J. and wife Cindy of Massena, a daughter Joan and husband Paul Rufa of Massena, three grandchildren; Megan Cross, Peter and Matthew Rufa . A brother Ronald and wife Shirley Parrott of Massena. A brother in-law Fred Roy of Southport, NC. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Louis Parrott, two sisters, Dorothy Roy and Pearl Sullivan. Born October 4, 1938 in Massena the daughter of Louis and Ella (Nichols) Parrott. She married Jeremiah P. Scully on August 6, 1949 at the Church of the Sacred Heart. Mr. Scully predeceased her on November 22, 2000. Mrs Scully enjoyed knitting ,cooking and being with her family, She and her sister enjoyed dining out .
