Friends and family may be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Phillips Memorial Home, 64 Andrews St. Massena. Interment will be Calvary Cemetery. Pamela passed away on January 25, 2010. Pamela is survived by her son Jason and wife Nicole Dow of Massena, her mother, Ruth Anne Seeber and stepfather Herbert, her father Earl Billingham and wife Nellie of Cape May, NJ, three sisters, Kim Smith of Norfolk, , Tammy and husband John Brown of Columbus, GA, Kay and husband Larry Brown of DuLuth, GA, three brothers, Marty Billingham of Brasher Falls, NY, Earl J. Billingham of Lilburn, GA, and Frank Billingham and partner Mark Boggs of DuLuth, GA. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Five stepsisters, and two stepbrothers, Vicki and husband Jeff Harner, Karen Seeber, Jennifer and husband Ronald Aldridge, Sharon and husband Kevin Leeson, Elizabeth and husband Kevin Reynolds, James Seeber and companion Tina Monroe, Michael Seeber. Born September 30, 1959 in Massena the daughter of Earl and Ruth (Williams) Billingham. A marriage to Raymond Dow ended in divorce. She was employed at P & C Foods for 28 years as a scan coordinator, and later became a baker, and cake decorator. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church . She loved spending time with her son and family. She enjoyed traveling, taking pictures and enjoyed the time working with her co-workers.
