Donald J. Manfred presiding. Friends and family are invited to call Monday June 11, 2012 at the Phillips Memorial Home from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Roger passed away (June 8, 2012) Friday night at Massena Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce, his son Ricky W. Vice and wife Nora, Massena and three daughters. Trudy L. and Vicky M. Vice both of Massena, Cindy M. and Joseph Geiser of Canfield, Ohio. Also surviving Roger are his two brothers Gordon and Mary Vice of Brewerton, NY; Darryl and wife Pat of Palm Springs, CA. 8 grandchildren, five great- grandchildren, many nieces and nephews He was predeceased by a sister Theresa Tupper. Roger was born in Massena, on March 20, 1942 to the late Harold and Pearl (Brothers) Vice. He graduated from Massena High School, he then married Joyce A. Rousell, April 23, 1960 at the St. Francis Church, in Constable, NY. He retired on disability from Homestead Dairy as a Driver-Salesman after 37 years. He previously was employed at Stewart’s Custodial Service. Roger was an avid golfer and enjoyed NASCAR, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, and bowling.
